Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have elapsed since the start of your subscription or the end of the service or from the delivery of the physical or virtual good (creation or modification of the website, creation of a logo, etc.), we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

In the case of a refund of services :

Your website will be restored to the condition it was in prior to the reimbursed service, so that you can continue to use it as usual.

In the case of a refund of the subscription / hosting service :

If you wish to terminate your subscription permanently, your site will be suspended for 3 months before being permanently deleted if you choose not to reverse your decision to continue your subscription / hosting of your site by our services.

Refunds (if any)

To issue your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (where applicable)

• A service rendered for the modification or improvement of a website that the customer wishes to keep, but which has led to unforeseen complications in the customer’s professional activity (one or more proofs will be requested to justify this, website maintenance is not a valid cause).

Once we have received your refund request, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that your request has been received and, if applicable, that it has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may be some time before your refund is officially processed.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is taken into account.
